Here is a bit more information than was in my previous  post.  A part of my session covers what I’ve described as a “Q & F Learning Service” .   There were only 2 slides in my presentation giving the context & reasons why I think a  service like this is needed.  I’ve now added the diagram below, to help show how this might work:
